Our matcha cheesecake undergoes a delicate process to create Usucha (Usu-cha) which means “thin tea”. This is one of two styles of ceremonial grade matcha. By carefully following the steps, our cheesecake is rich and creamy in matcha flavor. This cheesecake is less sugary than the others we offer as we want to keep the bold yet smooth flavor of our high grade matcha.
